Scott Olsen

Scott Olsen has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Scott began their career in 1989 as a Regional HR Representative for CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. where they provided generalist HR support services to the Sacramento Regional Office. In 1992, they became a Senior HR Consultant for NEC Electronics, partnering with line/staff management to resolve employee relations matters. In 1999, they joined SureWest Communications as a Staffing Supervisor, leading a team charged with providing staffing solutions to hiring managers in all business units. In 2010, they became Director of Human Resources & Administration for TSI Semiconductors, where they were directly responsible for the overall administration of the human resource function at the facility.

Scott Olsen received their diploma from Del Oro High School in 1982. Scott then attended Sierra College from 1983 to 1986, where they earned an Associate of Science in General Business. Following this, they attended California State University, Long Beach from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources.
