Natalia Komporopoulou

Natalia Komporopoulou is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources & Admin at PharOS Ltd since December 2019, Natalia has developed and led strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals. Previously, Natalia held the position of HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Nielsen from January 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities included providing strategic consultative advice and managing talent development. Natalia's earlier roles include HR Manager at Premier Capital Hellas SA, HR Generalist at SC Johnson, and various HR capacities at Shop & Trade S.A and Manpower Inc., showcasing a solid foundation in HR functions such as payroll, recruitment, and organizational development.
