Matthew Desmond

Matthew Desmond has extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for various companies, including TSL, Stelling Properties Limited, West End Roofing & Construction Ltd, Createability Limited, Roofline Group, First Wessex, Midas Group Ltd, Farnrise Construction, Leadbitter Group, and W Stirland Ltd. Matthew has been involved in running refurbishment projects, attending pre-let meetings, contract reviews, procurement of subcontract packages, settling final accounts, financial management, pricing variations, and monthly valuations. Matthew holds a BSc (Hons) Joint Honours in Decision Science with Law from the University of Hertfordshire and a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management.
