Irene Cheung

Irene Cheung, CCP, GRP, currently serves as the Head of Compensation & Benefits Planning at TSMC since April 2024. Prior to this role, Irene held the position of Director - Compensation and Benefits for Asia Pacific at Fresenius Medical Care Asia Pacific from March 2017 to March 2024, where strategic oversight and the development of compensation programs were key responsibilities across 18 countries. Irene's extensive career at Bacardi-Martini Asia Pacific Ltd spanned from October 1998 to June 2016, during which Irene progressed through various roles including Regional HR Manager, Head of Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations Manager. Irene holds a BSc in Management from the University of London and additional qualifications from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
