Jifeng Ying

Jifeng Ying is a semiconductor professional with extensive experience in materials science, project management, and engineering. Currently a Senior Technical Manager at TSMC, they specialize in enabling technologies for next-generation semiconductor products and processes. Jifeng previously held senior roles at companies including Intel Corporation and TSMC, where they led significant advancements in failure analysis and materials characterization. With a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s in Materials Science from the Institute of Ceramics, Jifeng has made substantial contributions across various sectors, including semiconductor, MEMS, and HDD technologies.
