Sandy Liao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Director of R&D Pathfinding at TSMC since January 2021, Sandy also holds significant roles within the IEDM Conference, including Sub-Committee Chair for the advanced logic technology sub-committee and short course organizer for logic courses. Prior experience includes over 16 years at Intel Corporation in various managerial and engineering roles focused on transistor performance and CMOS integration.
