Kai Bruns

Kai Bruns holds the position of Managing Director at ATLARES Capital Management GmbH since September 2024, overseeing fund structuring, management, legal, and compliance. Concurrently, Bruns serves as Managing Director at TSO Capital Advisors GmbH since October 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Legal Staff at P+P Pöllath+Partners and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2019, focused on fund formation, private equity, and private & distressed M&A. Bruns completed a legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg from October 2016 to November 2018 and further honed expertise as a legal trainee at several firms, including Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and Aquila Capital.
