Leigh Ann Gantt, RPA, FMA, SMA, serves as the Senior Property Manager at TSO - The Simpson Organization, overseeing the restoration of the Towers at Wildwood. Previously, Leigh Ann managed a portfolio of 1.3 million square feet of commercial office and industrial/flex properties at OA Management. Prior experience includes roles in property management at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, and Wells Real Estate Funds, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations and management of Class A properties. Leigh Ann began their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Cousins Properties Incorporated, managing vendor relationships and major tenant accounts. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Management from Kennesaw State University, a Nursing degree from Reinhardt College, and multiple designations in commercial real estate from BOMI International/BOMA Georgia.

TSO began acquiring real estate assets as a principal in 1990. The bulk of its current portfolio was acquired from the mid-1990’s to the present. Our historic acquisition efforts have focused on neighborhood and specialty retail centers, multi-tenant office buildings and urban land located in primary Southeastern markets. We acquire assets with private equity capital from high net worth individuals and our own resources and commercial debt from local and national lending institutions.
