Vice President at TSPi

George is a results-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying strategies to drive successful business and IT transformation. At TSPi, George formulates strategic plans and builds multi-disciplined cohesive teams that execute TSPi's mission to deliver long-lasting IT solutions that accelerate customer success. Additionally, in line with TSPi colleagues and culture, George is a lifelong learner. He earned a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) certification and is a Release Train Engineer driving continuous development and improvements for internal and external TSPi stakeholders.

Before joining TSPi, George was the Branch Chief at USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Prior to that service, he was the Director of the National Information Technology Center and was responsible for the development and operations of all information systems that support their mission. George also led the Conservation Desktop Streamlining Initiative – a cornerstone of NRCS’ digital transformation.

In addition to a passion for lifelong learning, George is a committed conservationist. He served as the Senior Legislative Affairs Specialist and State Conservationist for several states during his tenure at USDA. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montana some years ago and currently lives in Colorado where he enjoys outdoor time with family and friends.
