Jeff Gear

Jeff Gear serves as the Chief Executive Officer for THE VINYL OUTLET since October 2023 and holds a similar position at Phelps Lakeview Lodge since September 2020. Alongside these roles, Jeff Gear has been a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at TSR Concrete Coatings since December 2016. Prior to these positions, Jeff Gear co-owned Midwest Bath Company from August 2012 to December 2019 and worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Erie Construction from May 2010 to August 2012. Jeff Gear earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Columbia College.
