Kazuo Okamoto

Kazuo Okamoto is currently serving as the R&D Product Planning Assistant Section Manager at TS Tech Americas, Inc. since April 2023, focusing on process improvement and organizational development within the R&D division. Previous roles include Sales Representative at Ohashi Technica USA and Organizational Development Consultant with The SOAR Initiative. Kazuo has extensive experience as an Interpreter and Translator across multiple organizations, including Honda Transmission Mfg. of America, Asian American Community Services, and MAO Japanese Communications. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Columbus State Community College.
