Marty Branton

Marty Branton serves as the Plant Manager at Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd since April 2019, previously holding the position of Quality Assurance Manager for Erwin Manufacturing Operations, overseeing a precision ball and roller bearing facility. Prior to this, Marty was the Quality Manager at Smoky Mountain Machining, Inc. from April 1995 to April 2019, managing quality assurance and representing the company in various ISO quality standards. Marty also has extensive experience in production and CNC setup roles, having worked as a Production Supervisor and CNC Set Up Technician at Rockwell Dodge and Morrow Enterprise, Inc. Additionally, experience in engineering and quality assurance was gained at Outboard Marine Corporation. Educational background includes studies at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College and Mountain Heritage High School.
