The Company's main products consist of automatic lathes, grinding machines, machining centers, rolling machines and other working equipment. The Company has three geographical segments. The Japan segment primarily manufactures and sells machine tools, measuring instruments and tools. The China segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine tools. The South Korea segment is engaged in the sale of the Company's products. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the provision of customer services for its products. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 12 subsidiaries and one associated company.
