Manfred Paula

Manfred Paula is an experienced professional in sports management and youth development, currently serving as Leiter Nachwuchsleistungszentrum at TSV 1860 München since July 2019. Previously, Paula held the position of Sportlicher Leiter Nachwuchsleistungszentrum at 1. FC Kaiserslautern from February 2016 to July 2019, and managed the youth department at FC Augsburg from July 2011 to June 2015, where also served as Manager Sport overseeing the Bundesliga team. With a comprehensive background in coaching and administration across various clubs including FC Ingolstadt and SSV Ulm, Paula's earlier career included project management roles in IT and consulting, highlighting a diverse skill set that combines sports expertise with business acumen. Paula earned a Diplom in Sportökonomie from the University of Bayreuth and has a solid educational foundation in economics and management.
