Clay Holderman

Clay Holderman, MBA, currently serves as an Executive in Residence at The Health Management Academy, providing mentorship for the Academy GE Fellows Program, and as an Impact Advisor at BIP Ventures and an Advisory Council Member at TT Capital Partners, both since April 2024. Previously, Clay Holderman held the position of President and CEO at UnityPoint Health from January 2021 to October 2023, where significant organizational changes led to a 13% increase in net revenue over three years. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and System Chief Operating Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Chief Executive Officer at Ardent Health Services, and Chief Executive Officer at Lifepoint Health®.
