As a Project Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in helping our project managers meet and exceed their goals, ensuring that each project meets our high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and financial success. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team, coordinating with field personnel, superintendents, and clients to keep the project on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in comprehensive training and become proficient in Timberline Estimating and Accounting.
Collaborate in Project Turnover Meetings to ensure smooth project handoffs and clear understanding of scope, plans, and specifications.
Support project startup by gathering essential documentation like Safety Manuals and OSHA requirements.
Organize and coordinate vendor deliveries, subcontractor work, and other logistics to keep projects running smoothly.
Assist the Project Manager in managing project finances, including tracking change orders, RFIs, and budget adjustments.
Maintain detailed project logs for submittals, daily reports, and safety meetings.
Help monitor quality control and support field personnel in achieving the highest standards.
Take an active role in ensuring safety compliance through daily walks and injury management processes.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional with familiarity in construction documentation flow, blueprints, and safety protocols.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies like BIM Modeling, Bluebeam, CAD, Viewpoint and Timberline software.
Strong organizational and communication skills—both verbal and written.
An adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple tasks.
Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour and CPR/First Aid certifications.
