Michael Shamblen

Michael Shamblen currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at T&T Construction Management Group, with prior experience as HR Director for gategroup, overseeing the South Region. Michael has held various management positions including Business Manager for Great Southern Engineering, leading NASA's Occupational Health Contract, and Director of HR at Acuity International, a government services provider. Prior roles include Human Resource Director at Beitzel Corporation and Business Manager at Wisp Resort and Adventure Sports Center, alongside a background in business development at Aladdin Coatings. Michael’s career began at CSX Transportation as an Assistant Trainmaster. Michael holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Morehead State University and a BA focused on Business and Psychology from West Virginia University.
