Andrew Nightingale

Andrew Nightingale has a robust background in finance spanning over two decades, currently serving as Finance Director at TT Electronics plc since September 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions including Financial Controller at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at Chepstow Plant International Ltd. Andrew also served as Finance Director at The Joubere Food Group, where Andrew played a key role in the acquisition of Tillery Valley Foods Limited from Sodexo UK & Ireland, where Andrew was previously Head of Finance. Earlier career experiences include Finance Director at Dolmans Solicitors and Finance Business Partner at Barclays, where Andrew was instrumental in establishing a finance department within a new division. Education includes a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics from Swansea University and qualification through The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
