Dereje Woldegiorgis

Dereje Woldegiorgis, Ph.D., is a seasoned electrical engineer specializing in power electronics. Currently serving as a Senior Power Electronics Engineer at TT Electronics plc since August 2025, Dereje previously held the position of Power Module Application Engineer at Wolfspeed from June 2022 to August 2025. Additionally, experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where focus was on three-phase silicon carbide inverter design, and a Power Applications Intern at Wolfspeed.
