Jeff Baenziger

Jeff Baenziger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career in the United States Air Force, where they worked as an Engineering/Installation Project Manager from 1990 to 1998. Following this, they transitioned into the role of Training and Development Consultant at the University of Oklahoma's College for Continuing Education, where they worked from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Jeff served as a PI/Project Manager and Faculty member at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology-Okmulgee. Jeff then moved on to become the Director of Graduate Studies at St. Gregory's University from 2006 to 2012. Jeff's career continued with a position as the Director of Business Division at Bacone College from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, they have been working at TTCU The Credit Union since May 2014 as the Vice President of Digital Strategies.

Jeff Baenziger has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Human Relations (MHR) in Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oral Roberts University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Implementing SAFe (5.1) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
