Lars Linnekogel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation across various industries. As the Founder and Managing Director of TTE Strategy since May 2015, Lars has successfully guided organizations, earning the “Hidden Champion” Strategy Award. Previously, as the Founder and Managing Director of Surwayne, Lars developed digital solutions for change management across multiple organizations. Lars's background includes significant roles at The Boston Consulting Group as a Strategy Consultant and Project Leader, as well as key positions at Lufthansa Technik and LSG Sky Chefs, where strategic initiatives and cost-saving opportunities were identified and implemented. Lars holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and a Certified Systemic Coach designation, along with a MSc in Management from TBS Education and a Dipl. Kaufmann from Technische Universität Berlin.
