Alfredo Rizzo

Alfredo Rizzo serves as the SVP and Chief Technology Officer at TTEC Digital since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing technology strategy and partnerships in customer experience (CX) with hyperscalers and leading CX platforms globally.
