Jay Martarano

Jay Martarano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management. Currently serving as Director of DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure at TTEC Digital since 2021, Jay leads a global team responsible for overseeing CI/CD pipelines and cloud services across multiple platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure. Jay previously held senior roles at Kronos Incorporated, where significant contributions included reducing installation times through automation, and at Humanify, where responsibilities involved project management for release upgrades. With a foundational career spanning roles in quality assurance, technical support, and service coordination, Jay has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance operational efficiency and support a diverse range of technical environments. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Salem State University.
