Jesse Beatty

Jesse Beatty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation services and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation Services for Google at TTEC Digital since March 2023, Jesse has held various leadership roles at TTEC from January 2012 to April 2023, including Google Practice Lead and Employee Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at eLoyalty from June 2007 to March 2012, where Jesse progressed from Consultant to Principal, focusing on UCCE solutions. Earlier roles include working as a Telecom Specialist at TechTeam Global, where responsibilities encompassed Cisco IPCC configuration and custom report creation. Jesse began the career as a Programmer Analyst at Michigan State University Computer Store after earning a B.A. in Telecommunication from Michigan State University, where graduation as valedictorian from Charlevoix High School was also achieved.
