Laurel Hess

Laurel Hess currently serves as the Vice President of the Project Management Office at TTEC Digital since April 2021. Prior to this role, Laurel held various positions at Avtex Solutions, LLC from July 2012 to April 2021, including Vice President of the Project Management Office and Manager of Project Management Services, overseeing diverse projects primarily in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint. From December 1997 to July 2012, Laurel was the Director of Internal Operations at WennSoft, managing resources in accounting and professional services while improving internal efficiencies. Earlier experience includes several roles at Honeywell from August 1991 to December 1997, culminating in the position of Service Global Resource Center Manager for North and Latin America. Laurel holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
