Achilles Daluro is a seasoned professional in operational risk management and business continuity with a robust background in the telecommunications and financial industries. They have held significant roles at Wells Fargo, TTEC, and Telstra, where they managed risk incidents, developed operational risk programs, and led disaster recovery initiatives. Currently serving as a Principal in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery at TTEC, Achilles is responsible for the strategic administration of core program components.
