Amal (Amy) Gabal, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and customer care across various regions, particularly in the MENA and USA. Currently serving as EVP at TTEC since January 2025, Amal previously held key leadership roles as Vice President of Customer Care & Experience at Startek and AVP of Business Development at Hexaware Technologies. Notable experience includes leadership as Regional Director of Business Development at Sutherland Global Services, and as Head of Investment & Funding at TIEC/MCIT, where strategic investment frameworks were developed. Amal's earlier career involved significant contributions to the IT and telecommunications sectors, with strategic partnerships established while working with global consultants at MCIT/ITIDA and project management success at Syniverse. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an MBA in Management from the University of Tampa, and a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
