Caterina Longato

Caterina Longato has a diverse background in human resources and recruitment, with significant experience across various organizations. Starting with roles at Adecco Canada as a Stratège en recrutement and later serving as Coordonnatrice au recrutement for Pratt & Whitney Canada, Caterina developed expertise in talent acquisition and employee onboarding. Following these positions, Caterina worked as Coordonnatrice, gestion des talents at Atomic Fiction, where responsibilities included drafting employment offers and managing new employee integration. Transitioning to Method Studios as a Généraliste en ressources humaines, Caterina focused on enhancing the acquisition process and improving onboarding practices. Currently, Caterina holds the position of Généraliste principale, talents et culture at TTEC, overseeing labor relations for Canada. Academically, Caterina holds a DEC in Gestion de commerces from Collège Montmorency and a B.A.A. in Gestion des ressources humaines from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
