Elizabeth Tropea

Elizabeth Tropea is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at TTEC since November 2016, Elizabeth has also held the position of Executive Director Operations at the same organization. Previous roles include President and Senior Vice-President Operations at ATELKA, Board Member at Atelka Enterprise, and Director General at the West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce. Elizabeth's experience at Bell Canada encompasses Vice President roles focused on Customer Experience and Public Access, as well as leadership positions in Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources at Yellow Pages Group. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Carleton University, obtained between 1981 and 1984.
