Furkan Oğul

Furkan Oğul has robust experience in social work and project management, currently serving as a Backup Pod Lead & Quality Analyst at TTEC since August 2021, where responsibilities include QA checks for calls and account management for Google Ads in the Turkish market. Previously, Furkan was an International Volunteer for the Fundacja Edukacji i Rozwoju Spoleczenstwa Obywatelskiego FERSO, participating in a project aimed at supporting various age groups through activities and workshops. Furkan also completed internships at T.C. Aile, Çalışma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı and Yeşilay, focusing on psychosocial support for vulnerable populations and families. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management from WSB University, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Istanbul 29 Mayis University, and an Erasmus experience at the University of Lodz.
