Jael Lena is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in go-to-market strategy and business development across various industries. Currently serving as GTM Executive Director at TTEC, Jael previously held the position of VP of GTM at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included aligning sales, marketing, and product efforts to drive year-over-year growth. Prior to that, Jael was a Business Development Leader at Accenture, focusing on digital solutions in LATAM, and built new revenue streams for B2B digital sales at Aden Business School. With a foundational background in digital marketing and agency leadership as the founder of Wineducation, Jael’s education includes an MBA and specialized training in digital marketing and management from prestigious institutions.
