Judith Almendra

Judith Almendra is an experienced professional in human capital and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Human Capital & Talent Acquisition at TTEC since September 2007. In this role, Judith is responsible for the talent attraction, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention of over 40,000 ambassadors worldwide, aligning with the company's mission to "Deliver Humanity to Business." Previously, Judith held positions including Vice President of Talent Management & Employee Communications and Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition Marketing, where responsibilities spanned TA marketing, employee communications, learning and development, and employer branding across multiple countries. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of Multicultural Marketing at Echostar Communications. Judith holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
