Kim L. Allman

Kim L. Allman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial transactions and corporate law. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Counsel for TTEC’s Engage Division, responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex worldwide commercial transactions and providing legal advice to enhance customer experience. Previous roles include Associate General Counsel and Interim Chief Counsel at Coalfire Systems, Inc., where leadership encompassed all phases of commercial contracts, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Orica USA Inc., where negotiation of significant strategic contracts generated over $900M in revenue. With a foundational background that includes managing legal operations at NORDSTROM FSB and developing contract expertise at New Century Mortgage Corporation, Kim L. Allman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College.
