Mason Jones

Mason Jones is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at TTEC since September 2023, Mason previously held similar roles as VP of Business Development at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from November 2019 to August 2023, and at TaskUs from June 2017 to November 2019. Earlier in the career, Mason served as Director at Sutherland for over a decade, as well as held director-level positions at Primal Solutions and Istonish. Mason began the career as a Senior Account Executive at Convergys and has also worked as an Account Executive at Evolving Systems and McLeod USA. Mason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1990 to 1994.
