Philip Say

Philip Say is a seasoned professional in product management and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Solutions and Product Management at TTEC since December 2021. With extensive experience in the customer experience management (CXM) industry, Philip has led initiatives to define product opportunities, develop strategic directions, and create compelling marketing strategies. Previous roles include Vice President of Products & Innovation at Sutherland Labs, where Philip focused on enhancing customer experiences across diverse sectors, and Senior Director of Cloud Services Marketing at VMware, contributing to the launch of the vCloud Air service. Other notable positions include leadership roles at Joyent, ServiceSource, SAP, Blacksquare, and PeopleSoft, where outcomes included the creation of SaaS solutions and advancements in financial management applications. Philip holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology from UC San Diego.
