Rusky Salazar is an experienced operations and program management professional with a significant background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at TTEC since October 2023, Rusky previously held the position of Operations Manager at TeleTech and was the Program Director at TTEC. With a tenure at TeleTech Philippines from October 2007 to October 2023, Rusky has developed extensive expertise in overseeing operations and managing large-scale programs within the organization.
