Shawn Lewis

Shawn Lewis is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in architecture, operations, and leadership across various companies in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP and Chief Technology Architect at TTEC since November 2022, Lewis previously held roles as Vice President of Architecture and Director of Architecture at Pindrop from August 2016 to November 2022. Lewis also served as Chief Architect at Tencara Technologies and Benu Networks, along with a consulting role focused on technology R&D and communications projects from 2007 to 2013. Notably, Lewis was COO and CTO at VoIP, Inc, overseeing operations and technology R&D following a merger with Caerus, Inc, where Lewis was CEO and Founder. An early career as COO/CTO and Co-Founder at XCOM Technologies further solidified expertise in the industry.
