Stuart McCulloch

Stuart McCulloch is an experienced professional in Workforce Management, currently serving as Director of WFM for EMEA at TTEC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Director at Northburn Solutions Ltd, providing support and solutions to the contact center industry. Stuart has also worked as Global Head of Workforce Management at Tek Experts and as VP/Director of Workforce Management at Teleperformance, overseeing the management of Workforce resources across the UK and South Africa. Earlier career roles include positions at beCogent Ltd, where Stuart was Head of Workforce Management and Resource Planning Manager, and at Virgin Media in various resource planning and customer service roles. Stuart holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Stirling.
