Tammy Parker

Tammy Parker is an accomplished Senior Principal Project Manager at TTEC since December 2021, responsible for the global deployment of projects that include new client business and enterprise-level initiatives. Prior to this, Tammy served at Anthem, Inc. from August 2016 to December 2021, progressing from Manager of Program/Project Management to Senior Manager Customer Care, focusing on organizational transformation and operational compliance. Earlier experience includes managing customer service operations at Coram Specialty Infusion Services and leading a sales team at Convergys. Tammy holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global, a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University, and an A.A.S. in Human Resources Management from Western Iowa Tech Community College.
