Paul Romanello

Paul Romanello has a diverse and expansive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Paul currently serves as the Director, Engineering Excellence at TTI Floor Care North America, leading a team in developing and implementing a high-efficient product development culture. Prior to this, they were the Director, Advanced Development at the same company.

Before joining TTI Floor Care North America, Paul worked as a Principal Consultant at Romanello Enterprises, where they provided consulting services. Paul also held the position of Engineering Leader - Advanced Technologies at Ingersoll Rand for six years.

Paul's earlier work experience includes various roles at Club Car, where they served as a Chief Engineer, Engineering Director - Electrical Technologies, and Product Development Engineering Manager. Paul also had the responsibility of leading a multi-disciplined design engineering team as the Design Engineering Manager - Value Engineering.

In addition, Paul worked at Visteon as a Program Manager - Value Engineering and a Design Engineering Manager. Paul played a significant role in the development and implementation of regional engineering technical centers.

Prior to these experiences, Paul started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they served as a Manager/Supervisor/Engineer for over seven years.

Paul Romanello has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. Paul also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, as well as another Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university.
