Vijay Raghavan

Vijay Raghavan has several years of experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Head of Talent Acquisition at TTK Prestige Ltd since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Zonal HR-South Zone for H & R JOHNSON (INDIA) - PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED from December 2017 to February 2023. Vijay also served as the Regional HR Manager-West & South for Bajaj Corp Ltd from December 2015 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as the Zonal HR Manager-West Zone at Adani Wilmar Ltd. for a period of 5 years, where they were responsible for various HR activities and successfully implemented the Success Factor module. Vijay Raghavan also has experience as an HR Manager at Index Advisory Private Limited and as an Executive HR-Trainee at Marico Limited.

Vijay Raghavan completed their B.Com degree at Mumbai University Mumbai from 2003 to 2005. Vijay then pursued a Master's degree in Labour Studies at Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies from 2006 to 2008.
