Jim Poland

Jim Poland started their work experience in 1986 with the US Navy, where they served as a Lieutenant Commander until 2007. In 2007, they joined Michelin as an Industrial Engineer until 2008. From 2008 onwards, they have been working at TTL, Inc. as the Corporate Director of Human Resources.

Jim Poland completed their MBA degree in the Executive MBA program at The University of Alabama from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Old Dominion University between 2000 and 2002. Before their university education, Jim attended LCHS, but no further details about their educational background at this institution were provided.
