Gene Cobb

Gene Cobb is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database development, technical consulting, and product management. Currently serving as a Senior IBM i Developer and Database Engineer at TTM Technologies since November 2014, Gene previously held roles such as Product Sales Support Manager at Information Builders and Lead Developer for DB2 Web Query at IBM, where Gene spearheaded the development of a multi-million dollar business intelligence product. Gene's career with IBM spans over two decades, encompassing various consulting roles focused on database and application modernization. As a dedicated volunteer speaker for COMMON from 1995 to 2013, Gene delivered numerous award-winning sessions on DB2 topics. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Buena Vista University.
