James Glass

James Glass has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. James is currently working as the Vice President of Radar Systems at TTM Technologies since 2022. Before that, they had a long tenure at Telephonics starting in 2015, where they held different roles including Vice President of Program Management, Senior Director of Program Management, and Director of Program Management. Prior to that, James served in the US Navy from 2004 to 2015, holding positions such as Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Executive Assistant, and Commanding Officer. James'sresponsibilities included managing cross-functional teams, providing acquisition and life cycle support, and overseeing budgets for major programs.

James Glass holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, which they earned from 1992 to 1994. James also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, studying from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, James completed a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. James has also obtained certifications in DAWIA Program Management Level III and DAWIA Test & Evaluation Level II.
