Mathew Mahoney

Mathew Mahoney has had a successful career spanning over three decades. Mathew began their career as a Management Consultant at EY (formerly known as Arthur Young) in 1985, where they were involved in various strategic planning and IT systems analysis projects.

In 1990, Mahoney joined MAXIMUS as the Manager of the Advanced Systems Division, leading a team of software engineers in the development of decision support and executive information systems. Mathew also served as a Program Manager for the Social Security Administration, overseeing the development and maintenance of a decision support system.

After leaving MAXIMUS in 1992, Mahoney joined Warden Associates, a management consulting firm. During their time there, they played a key role in the growth of the company, leading client engagements in strategic planning and business development.

In 1995, Mahoney took on the role of Director of Government Programs at IDC, where they had general management and profit and loss responsibility for a subsidiary providing technology and market research for the public sector. Mathew successfully restructured the business to improve profitability.

Mahoney's next career move in 2000 was to Northrop Grumman, where they held various roles over a span of 20 years. Notable positions include Director of Strategy & Integration, overseeing the initial integration of the acquired OATK business, and Director of Strategy & Portfolio Development, responsible for the newly created Defense Systems sector.

Most recently, Mahoney joined TTM Technologies in 2020 as the Vice President of Strategy & Growth for the A&D sector. In this role, they lead multiple functions, including strategy, M&A, business development, marketing, and communications. Mathew has been instrumental in driving increased focus on end-user mission alignment and successfully led the acquisition of Telephonics.

Mathew Mahoney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. Mathew also completed the Global Business Executive Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2014. Additionally, they attended the University of Chicago and completed an Executive Program in Mergers & Acquisitions in 2008, as well as an Executive Program in Strategic Marketing in 2005.
