Nicki Boos

Nicki Boos is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at TTM Technologies since May 2012, Nicki has progressed through multiple HR positions, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner, effectively acting as the primary HR contact to strengthen partnerships with management and enhance organizational culture. Prior experience includes a Senior Account Manager role at Manpower, where Nicki coordinated major account activities and developed management strategies, along with a Senior Staffing Specialist position that focused on applicant evaluation for manufacturing roles.
