Radu Dinica

Radu Dinica has extensive work experience in the field of process engineering, quality management, and test engineering. Radu served as the Director of Process Engineering & Quality at TTM Technologies from August 2018 to present, where they monitored data collection patterns and collaborated with equipment manufacturers to improve yields and process capabilities. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Quality at TTM Technologies from August 2010 to August 2018, overseeing the quality management systems and participating in new product design.

Before joining TTM Technologies, Radu worked at Dynamic Details as a Test Engineering Manager from July 1999 to August 2010. In this role, they managed a department of technicians, conducted design modifications, and executed test plans. Radu also worked at Multek as a Software Test Engineer from April 1995 to June 1999, where they developed software and test procedures, audited and trained multiple sites, and generated evaluation files.

Radu Dinica earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Design & Aerospace, specializing in Design Structures and Materials, from California State University, Long Beach between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, specializing in Engineering and Management of Technical Systems, Machine Tools, and Robotics/Automation, from 1988 to 1993.
