Bobby Winstead

Bobby Winstead is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in buying, selling, and leasing properties, currently serving as a Realtor at Exit Realty Alliance since July 2022. Bobby has also held positions as a Real Estate Sales Agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and TTR Sotheby’s International Realty since August 2019 and October 2018, respectively. Previously, Bobby worked as a Realtor at Samson Properties and began a career in real estate as a Realtor Associate in 2004. Bobby's expertise spans the Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland markets, with a focus on understanding client needs and wants. Bobby's background also includes a substantial tenure in financial planning and advisory roles, serving clients in various capacities since 1997 and gaining financial planning experience during time at Northwestern Mutual and Chevy Chase Financial Services Corporation. Additionally, Bobby has military experience as a Field Artillery member in the United States Army Reserve from 1986 to 1991.
