Brad Kappel

Brad Kappel has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a Food Manager at Annapolis Seafood and later transitioning to be the Head Manager at Suntime Boat & Jet Ski Rentals. In 2002, they became the Executive Chef at Paul's on the South River. From 2007 to 2010, Brad worked as a Senior Account Executive at both Grasonville Broadcasting and Empire Broadcasting System, Inc. Brad then joined Long and Foster - Mr. Waterfront Team as the Vice President of Sales, specializing in waterfront properties. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Annapolis Painting Services. Brad then worked for Compass as a Licensed Real Estate Agent before becoming the Executive Vice President and Annapolis Luxury Property Specialist at TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2020.

Brad Kappel attended St. Mary's High School from 1983 to 1996. Following high school, they earned an AS in Business from Anne Arundel Community College from 1997 to 1999. Brad then pursued a Professional Mariner Degree in Seamanship at Chapman School of Seamanship from 1996 to 1997. Finally, they graduated with a BS in Business from the College of Charleston from 1999 to 2001.
