Marcus Ejdersten has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marcus worked at MacGregor as the Director of Strategic Marketing from March 2015 to present. Marcus also served as a Project Manager from September 2014 to March 2015, Sales Manager from March 2012 to August 2014, and After Sales & Business Development Manager from March 2009 to December 2012. In addition, Marcus worked as a Sales Engineer at MacGregor from September 2007 to March 2009, where they were responsible for lashing system design and project management. Prior to their time at MacGregor, Marcus worked as a Project Manager and Design Engineer at Roplan AB, where they focused on mechanical shaft seals for propulsion water jets from 2005 to 2007. Before that, they were an R&D Engineer at Interspiro AB from 2003 to 2005.

Marcus Ejdersten completed their education with an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. Additionally, they pursued executive training programs at both IMD and the London Business School in the fields of Customer Value Program and Market Driving Strategies, respectively, in 2016 and 2015.
